You can upload multiple letter heads in ERPNext. One letterhead can be set as default which will appear in all your print formats. If you need to change the letterhead during printing same can be amended inside the transaction in the more info section.
Go to the Setup Module >> Setup >> Letter Head
Enter the letterhead name. To upload a letterhead image "check" set from image option and scroll below and click on the "Add" button as shown below. You can even type the letterhead in html.
On uploading you can see the image in the "Content" box.
Similarly you can upload multiple letter heads.
